Policies

1. Gallery is used as a tool for sharing photos, audio or video.
2. The media should be about the activities held or administered by C.C.C.C.
3. Any member of the C.C.C.C. could make a request to share media through gallery.
4. Web committee may remove or impose access control (e.g. access by password) on the media at the request of Board of Deacons.

Process

1. Church member may request Web committee to upload the media to gallery album or do it themselves.
2. Media should be added to the sub-album under the existing top albums. Only Web committee should add, remove or modify the top level albums (i.e. Church Gallery level).

Technical Guideline

Media format and size

1. Photo – JPEG/JPG, file size limited to 1 Mega bytes.
2. Audio – MP3/WMA, file size limited to 100 Mega bytes.
3. Video – WMV/MPEG, file size limited to 100 Mega bytes.

How to add items to an exiting album

1. Click on Login near the right top corner of the www.columbusccc.org/gallery page to login.
2. Navigate to the album which you want to add the new items.
3. Click on the ‘Add Items’ link at the left column, it brings you to the Add Items page where you can select different type of upload tab to upload and add media items. (Note: If you don’t see the ‘Add Items’ link, that means you login name doesn’t have the add item privilege on that album)
