Responsibilities

1. Plan, purchase, set up audio/video equipment to support church ministry.
2. Design operation guideline and enforce the proper and responsible usage of audio/video equipment.
3. Provide training courses to certify audio/video operators (AVOP).
4. Help coordinate the AVOP resource need for church or non-church (requested from CGO) sponsored special events (Sunday Service is coordinated by each congregation CMC individually.)
